I just saw a post on the S4 board saying that he took delivery 5 weeks after the car came out of the factory. That seems quick. How long did it take your car to arrive at the port after it left the factory? How long did it take to arrive at the dealer lot?

My A4 made it through production on March 02. Knowing this, the dealer said it should arrive at his lot the last week in April. I am in the bay area. Supposedly the port is now in San Diego and it is shipped through the Panama canal. Or does it go to Houston then San Diego on rail?

Anyway if this is true then I may only have a 2 week wait!

Some A4 delieveries take different routes. Once, I saw a boatload of A4s come right in to my local port- maybe they were "stocking" a new dealership. Otherwise, each delievery is somewhat different depending on where u live

I am taking delivery this Saturday, and I ordered back in November.

Sorry, can't figure out how to do it. You seem to need to know something more, like the year, or the model, or the name of a performance upgrade, or it has to have a photo, or it has to have been registered in the last 30 days. Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't seem like you give enough info to permit location of your record in the registry. Not sure where one would key in "owdy A4", either. I tried it and nothing happens. Help!
