...don't realize how ridiculously "optimistic" motorcycle speedos are. I can tell any normal person I went 174mph, but it was really 168mph or so. If you saw 172mph on a stock CBR600RR, then you were bouncing off the rev limiter because there's no way it's going any faster ; )

it was all over the rev limiter. it has a pipe k&n intake air filter and a one up rear sprocket so it was probably really somewhere in the mid/low 160's...

I went 115 mph in my old ****ty 1989 Acura Legend V6. Felt like my car was going to flip over. I havnt topped my A4 out yet considering i have 13 bad points on my license, and if i get another ticket, by by new car.
