Default Speedometer Calibration / Adjustment

I ended up getting great deal on some A3 Wheel with new tires, the wheels offset is 56, so I will end up using spacers, but that is a different subject altogether.

The tires that are mounted are 205/40-17's as apposed to my stock 205/60-15's. Is there anyway using VAG COM to recalibrate or adjust the speedometer?

I know there are aftermarket speedometer adjustment hardware kits that you can buy, but I was curious if anyone knows how to do it any other way.

Thanks in advance for the input.

Only way to do it is reprogram the Instrument Cluster, which is not something a normal user can do. The best way would be to change the cluster.
