Default Split Second Boost Controllers in stock

You folks have probably read about this device in European Car. It's cool; not a full-blown chip conversion, just a nice, simple user-adjustable controller for boost. It allows a maximum of 1.0 bar. It also features an LED bar-graph boost gauge!

It's for DBW 1.8t cars only. We've got plenty of them (uh, boost controllers, not DBW cars) on the shelf.

Default Looks like fun! Only use the 1bar when you need it.

APR EMCS is probably still a better option, though.

Default Dan, how does this affect air/fuel mix?

This product got lots of negative press here because it reportedly ONLY alters boost levels; increasing boost levels (esp. to 1bar) without changing the air/fuel tables will cause turbo cars to run lean. Ignition timing also needs to be addressed when changing the boost level. Has anyone tested this on an A4?
