The sport seats are nice, but they are very firm, especially when brand new. If you like very firm seats and can justify the price, go for it. The all weather pkg. is nice, but only if you live in a cold area and ski. I think $630 is a little steel for a ski sack, heated seats, nozzles, and locks. I went for them both, but only because the were already on the car that my dealer had. Good luck!
Default You've got to try 'em

Personally, I tried both. While I like the lateral support of the sport seats, they were not comfortable to me. I loved my older BMWs Recaro sport seats, hated my VW GTIs sport seats and opted against the Audi sport seats. Maybe I'm just getting old :-(
Sport seats are great. Especially after 1000 miles of driving, they do get a little more supple or flexible (softer).
As for heated seats, let me tell you, after sitting for hours on a metal bench in a downpour watching the Huskies beat the Cougars in the Apple Cup (Washington state rivalry), the 6 setting on the heated seats was just what I needed. I use them all the time, even when the weather is only mid 40's or 50's. And, they are superb for a long drive like tonight's three hour journey to the parents for Thanksgiving. MMMMM, heated lower back, JUST what my lower back needs to be supremely comfortable. And, the sport seats were just right for support and comfort too, unlike my old 94 Integra seats (can you say BACK PAIN--not with the Audi sport seats)
Kirk

Default YES on sport seats and heaters! :-)

The sport seats are firm, but are much more supportive than the standard seats. And the seat heaters are fantastic. I use them all the time, including cool summer nights. I think $630 is a bargain for these items :-)
Charles

I think they're worth it. I ordered them on my, due in March, 1.8TQMS just because I have power Recaros in my Jetta.
I don't think I'd be able to survive the way I drive without sport seats. If you're considering ever autocrossing or lapping in your car, even if it's only to learn to drive better, the sport seats will be a must.
As for the cold weather package... here in Toronto any source of heat is coveted in the winter. (Besides all Canadian cars come standard with the package.)
Just my $0.02
Kev
