Springs all by themselves?

Personally, I do'nt like the Eibachs. Do a search on "Eibach rubbing" and you'll find that (more)
people have had issues. I myself went with H&Rs after going through the rubbing. <a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4/msgs/1563789.phtml">Example</a>
As for your other question: never mind the cost of the shocks, think cost of labor and save money by doing the shocks and springs at once. It could easily save you a couple hundred bucks in labor by doing 'em both at the same time.

I have run Pro Kits w/ stock sport shocks for about 1 year..
Everything is still as good as it was day one. I have had no issues & no rubbing. Personally I like the setup. I know that the sport shock will not last forever, but I will upgrade them when I have the money. For now they are still fine.
The fact that I can get them swapped for free helps too though.
