I wouldn't recommend using any lowering spring without changing your shocks. It's more than likely your shocks are already way past their useful life. Adding lowering springs like the race springs you're looking at will make your ride nauseating, bouncy, and generally completely uncomfortable.

Save your money and get shocks at the same time.

Neuspeed springs are ok. You may want to consider H&R springs with Bilstein shocks. You really should never do the springs without the upgraded shocks. I actually tried that 7 years ago on my A4 when I was thinking I could get away with a cheap mod. Trust me, don't do it! Check out www.ecstuning.com for a cool setup.

Default No

New shocks will keep the car from bouncing and give you a much more civil ride.

and the piston length will be right. you can bottom the stock shocks out with that much lowering.
