Sputtering engine continued

Sputtering engine continued
headed home from school filled with gas and my engine started shaking when I accelerated...no shaking in neutral or when the RPM's get high enough...only when a load is on the engine....changed spark plugs and problem continued for one day then stopped. Could this have been a gas related problem? Thanks guys

What engine, year, mods, miles? Maybe you need to finish the tune-up.
I've had coil-packs go bad on my 2000 A4 and I've had a loose spark plug that made my car misfire also.
What plugs did you repace with?
