I've got brand new rotors and pads, when I got my car couple months ago, now sometimes they make noise when I'm braking, and sometimes they don't, what is the cause of that ? cheap pads, or rotors ? what can I do to stop it...
the pads are still in good shape..

Squeeling brakes are caused by the harmonic vibration of the pads and rotors. Brake dust, pad composition and rotor finish as well as moisture contribute to the noise. Also glazing of the pads by repeated and frequent brake use will do this as well. The cure is dependant on the cause.
