Default Only to the left?

Go outside and lift both front ends slowly from the fender well. Tell me if you hear it then.

If so, control arm squeak.

I don't hear a squeek when I lift the car. I only hear it when I turn the wheel. It's comming from the left front.

Default Still a possible CA sqeak. Have someone turn the wheel...

While your under there listening. You can actually touch any of the arms under there and feel the sqeal. From there you have to locate the bushing/joint that sqeaks and lube it up.

Default If you do find out...

That it is a joint down there, use a grease that has the highest temp rating you can find. Pop off the ring around the boot and lift it up or down, grease it up and seal it up again. If you use the right grease, youll never have to do it again. The factory grease has been tested to dissipate.

Default Could be your control arms, or tie rods...

Might want to take a look in your wheel well for a visual inspection- If it's a tie-rod it might have physical damage that will be visible. Worth taking 5 minutes to peek in there just to see...
