Is it a squeek or a small whineing sound I think it might have to do with your powerstearing pump

It might need fluid..

lubing it up only is a temporary fix eventually you do have to replace your control arms...

When the bushings go bad. But i dont think he has a control arm problem he said the noise comes from when the turns the wheel not pushing on his car..
