the sti's have a really good top end though, it will keep pulling up to the limiter fast.

No I can't - I have the original "bent" actuator rod (more)

APR says I can't use the 93 or 100 programs until I upgrade the rod. Do you agree? Any advice? I have a friend that will download them for me, but APR said DEFINITELY do not do it.

Actually, he said I could run the 100 octane program in the winter with 93 octane gas.
