Default Stalling when breaking to a stop...

The car is stalling on me when I stop for lights or breaking down to make a 90 degree turn. This only happens when the ambient temperature is higher than 90 degrees. It occurs more often when I have the A/C on. I have been noticing that my RPM would drop down to really really low (like 0-100). Sometimes, I would be able to save it by shifting to neutral and push down on the gas. When I do that the RPM would return to 800 instead of 100 or 0. I did a throttle position adaptation, but it didn't help. So, I am out of options on what to do.

Just to let you know why I really want to fix this. Today, I almost hit this other car because the car stall and lost power steering when I was making a turn. Luckily, the car pulled out before I got there.

I posted this problem a couple weeks ago, and got some reply. If I recall, BetterThanVW said that he has the same problem. The dealer replaced the throttle valve, but it didn't solve the problem. I was wondering if any of you are experiencing this same problem and was able to solve the problem. I am out of warranty and don't want to the dealer replacing parts after parts at my expense.

Thanks in advance.

Get a vag tool and pull the codes. That's a good first step.

There is no error code except the low voltage at Pin XX caused by unplugging the ECU.

Possibly your Idle control valve.
