Started MTM k04 stage 3 about an hour ago, it is still cold....
I am almost considering doing it over several days an hour at a time. I am spending more time trying to warm up than actual work. Got that turbo support bracket out no problem (lies I tell you). Awkward location PITA to get the allen wrench on when my hand are cold. 32 degrees where is that 40 - 46 they promised me!!!

Make yourself some hot chocolate and take a break:) I was just rehanging my...
Stealthbox and reconnecting the wires and I froze my **** off in 30 minutes. It's tough to wrench in the cold since gloves that keep the fingers nimble prevent you from actually being able to wrench. Good luck and props to you for undertaking this in these temps.

haha brings back memories for me...i did my k04 last year and it started snowing on me
if you got the support bracket out then your in the clear though. that was the hardest thing for me.

oil line - the pain...It is me, I am cold it is hard to work with bulky clothing.
Everything is out, mani, turbo and so forth. The big Q now that I am this far do I keep taking apart and install everything!!!? cat, downpipe, Milltek. May as well. I don't need the car I have a spare if I don't finish today or this weekend even. I have maybe 2 more hours of light. So at my current very slow rate I wouldn't finish anyway.

:) unfortunately I am now more than twice the teens. The cold really bothers me now... but ...
moving forward with the install O2 sensors removed dp and exhaust separated. In the process of more warming up.

when you go to reinstall the turbo put the line on first then snake it into the car
if you have the turbo out i would pull the exhaust at the same time if your replacing the cat.

And so ends my day. To dark to really see, never got above 32 and I am only half way
Everything removed, cat and dp installed, turbo and mani ready to go in and I'm too cold to go on.
