Default yep. generally s4 guys run higher spring rates, but you can purchase new springs from Stasis or any
spring manufacturer with 60mm springs. Just measure length and purchase the appropriate ones.

Default firm but can still be quite comfortable as long as dampening is set to match. otherwise high speed

Default call/email stasis, or purems, or anyone who carries 60mm springs.
You'll need to know what length the stasis springs are though.
