Default Stick shift moves by itslef a considerable

amount when letting off/on the gas while in gear. Engine mounts don't look leaky, but they are original w/170k. Tranny mounts seem fine. Any way to test the engine mounts or should I just replace them? Thanks.

Default At 170k, I'd replace all 4 mounts plus the snub mount

You'll be amazed at the difference.

Default Mine has 77,000 and moves......

And I know that two engine mounts have been replaced in the last 10,000 miles.....would a snub mount take the movement out?

Default The snub on my 2000 @77k was real spongy when I replaced it. It's sure to stiffin things up. But

I wouldn't recommend using an APR snub w/ a tip car. It'll vibrate. Haven't heard any complaints about the greddy snub though w/tip or manual.
