Stock exhaust/muffler question...
Thinking about just changing the muffler off of the stock exhaust. Does the muffler portion just come off, or will the Midas people need to hack it off to install the aftermarket muffler I want to purchase? TIA.

A lot depends on what the replacement muffler is like

cost to have the pipe cut and the Remus installed seems to run $30- 35
done at a muffler shop.
You can have the Remus put on with the supplied U-clamp or welded (probably the best most safest method.)
