Strange brake pulsing when coming to a stop
Ever since I took my car to the dealer for another problem, the brakes are doing a pulsing thing right before actually stopping. It feels like the ABS is activating for a second.
What could cause that?

I wouldn't blame them for the issue...
it's pretty common for dirt to work it's way into the sensor on older cars. Pulling the sensor, cleaning it off and reinstalling it usually does the trick. The worst problem is the sensors seem to rust in place, so removing them to clean them can be a royal PITA.

It's akin to "how to plug in a lamp".
The hard part is knowing what they look like. You'll have to dig around and see if you can find a pic, otherwise, get yourself a Bentley manual (you'll need it if you do other work). Look for a wire that doesn't belong (not a wear sensor wire which leads to a brake bad, not an ebrake cable).
Generally speaking, it will fit into the hub just behind the brake rotor. It's held to the hub with a single bolt. Remove the bolt and pull it straight out...wipe it down with a clean rag, and reinstall it.
FWD models have a slightly different orientation on the rear ABS sensors. I'm not sure what those look like...but I know the rings are attached to the rotors...as people generally have ABS issues because mechanics frequently forget to transfer over the ABS ring.

FWD owner goes to shop for rear brake job.
Mechanic installs new rear pads and rotors and delivers keys to customer.
Next day customer returns...ABS light is on.
Mechanic scratches ***** for 1/2 hr, then realizes the ABS ring was attached to the old rear rotor...which has been disposed of. Oooops.
