Place my brother used to work at was 100% compaq.. Compaq would misship stuff ALL the time
And they pretty much NEVER reported it to Compaq because if they did, Compaq just said "keep it, we'll send the right part"
My brother got a few DLT drives free. eBay'd em, made $2500 off one, and it was legit.
Compaq has their head up their asses.
