Strange noise from Tiptronic on cold start

Strange noise from Tiptronic on cold start
The last two times after starting my car cold, the transmission made some really weird knocking noise AFTER I had shifted into Reverse. Once I placed the selctor back in Park, all went away. I went back to Reverse and heard the noise even after I shifted into drive to drive off.
A few moments later it was gone. This has happened twice now, but not this morning.
Any ideas or similar experiences?
