.....I am driving my car today, and there is a funny sound coming from the rear drivers side. IT sounds like a go-kart sound kinda, so I thought it was me exhaust. The sound however, is only dependent on speed, not RPMs. I look under the car, and I see that an attachment for sticking my exhaust to the car is off and hanging, and I was wondering does anyone think this oculd make the sounds?

THe sound is almost like I have a rusted through exhsut, but the fact it doesnt match RPMs tells me otherwise...any thought? TIA guys.
