First of all, a big F U to whoever changed the timing belt on my car last time and decided to overtighten almost every bolt and strip 25% of them doing so. Up until now I've been able to get them out but there is one that is literally a circle situated behind/inside the pully for the fan (6mm allen). The hole that I have to fit the socket through barely allowed me to even get the small rachet in and there's no way I can try to hammer a socket to the outside of it. I've read posts about removers but they say that for a hex socket the tool needs to go on the outside of the bolt head which is impossible in this situation. I doubt I can fit a dremmel in there either. wtf do I do? This pully holder piece is the last thing in front of my timing belt.

put small reverse threads on the inside of the bolt and then screw something into it and attach plyers to it to turn it out... Kind of a hard way to do things, maybe someone else has a better idea.

would be about 10mm wide and a 12mm socket would be about 14

find a drill bit that is approximately the size of the shank on the bolt. Drill through the center of the bolt head until it falls off, remove pulley, and hopefully you'll have enough material left to grab the remainder of the bolt with pliers and unscrew it (no tension from the bolt head at this point, so one hopes it will turn freely).
