When I installed a new battery, I pulled the vent hose out with it. I have gone through the Tech section and searched and have not seen one question answered about the routing of this hose. It's not in the Bentley, but it does say something about glass fiber acting like a wick to draw battery fumes out of the vent hose. Where does the bottom part of the hose go? Through a body drain? does it just hang underneath the battery tray? As always, I appreciate any insight that can be offered. Thanks!

There is a hole in the pan underneath the battery. Push the end of the hose through.
