stupid C/O question: adjusting coilovers so car is raised. do i lower spring perch or raise it

when he changed rims i bought them with the tires off of him for cheap. so when it came time to buy new tires i stayed the same as what came on the rims so i thought they were the stock size.
i think it might be the offset or just that i had the car lowered too much when i got it aligned. theres a little to much camber according to the alignment so if i raise it up i dont think it will mess anything up too much.
so today i will raise it up a little and maybe try the homebrew fender roller if i can find a heat gun
