Alrighty...
First, go to "Post Picture" and upload a picture. That'll take you to your picture poster directory.
Next, copy the shortcut to the pic of your choice in the directory and paste in the box labelled "Optional Image URL"
That's it.

Other alternatives are host the picture somewhere else
i.e. www.photopoint.com
...and paste the location of the pic in the image box of your follow-up post.
