That's because American use OLD engineering...its easy to perfect old technology (more)
FYI, Fords are not well engineered cars.
If you want to talk about quality of a vehicle, well then no one surpasses Toyota/Lexus. They are the benchmark for the entire automotive industry. If your arguing that Fords are more desirable than Audis, well then you need to read JD Power's APEAL study. BMW, VW & Audi have dominated that study for the last few years.
PPHU (problems per Hundred Units) Toyota dominates that as well.
Well the question arises, why does Ford sell so many cars. Its been well established that Ford sells a lot of cars because they have the easiest financing around. Well enough Ford bashing...I liked them b4 I experienced European cars. Don't feel bad.

I don't feel bad.
Why would I, it's not like I care about one car more than the other. I've been through enough cars to realize that whomever can give me what I want at the time, that's what I'm going to buy. And yes, Ford is horrible.
