Sudden drop in RPM's (flutter)??

The other day I noticed that as soon as I start my car the RPM's will drop (flutter) way below normal and sometime the car will die. It's never done this in the past. Anyone have any ideas?

Oh yeah. Only seems to do this after sitting over night (when it's cold).

It doesn't do this when driving around town.
