Default Sunroof problems - how to lubricate?

After not using the sunroof all winter I finally opened it for the first time and it made a horrible noise when opening. Now every time I open or close it doesn't seem to slide smoothly. It makes a clicking noise when sliding and sometimes stops and reverses when it's almost closed. If I try to pop it up it makes a squeeling noise. I tried to lubricate the rails and all the parts of the machanism I could reach but that didn't help. I think something deep inside the roof needs to be lubricated. Any way to lubricate all the mechanism without taking the whole roof apart?

Well, I did take the whole thing apart, the passenger side is much tighter that the drivers. You may be able to get some grease in the tracks if you take just the glass out, but seeing where to put it is a pain in the eye, I'll try to send pictures soon. Please keep me informed of how you fix this and I'll do the same! However, I would cheerly shoot the SOB who designed this in such a way that you have to take the sunroof out to see what is going on.
