Default My guess is that H&R race would drop your car 1" from factory sport.

Call www.awe-tuning.com and ask them.

Default You could get neuspeed adjustable Bilstein shocks.

They have "movable" spring perches that will allow you to change the ride height. If you're worried about speed bumps and driveways though, I wouldn't go any lower than 1" from factory sport. That will leave you with about a 1.5 finger gap all around.

Default Your needs? So far, all you have discussed is the ride drop...

and I'm not 100% certain, so you need to talk to a reputable vendor, or do some more research to verify what I'm telling you. I have a 1.8T, so most of my experience and/or knowledge revolves around that. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I suspect you can use the search utility to find about more about H&R race springs on a 2.8.
