Suspension creaking?

Suspension creaking?
Just had H&R sport coils & Billstein sport shocks put in my 2000 A4 2.8Q and I am hearing creaking coming from just the rear end, nothing from the front end. I hear it primarily at low speeds, not all the time although that may be just because at higher speeds the noise is drowned out. Is this normal as the car settles lower or might there be a problem?
