I just ordered H&R springs and Bilstines for my Y2K A4. I am thinking about a sway bar. From everything I read it seems that the 19" is preferred over the 22".
I am wondering if I should go for the sway bar right away or wait until the suspension is on and settled to see how it feels.
Has anyone gone with suspension and then felt the need for the rear and / or front sway bar.

...and see how you like your shock/spring combo and how that handles. If it's not to your liking, then think about a sway bar to help chasis rigidity. No point in spending money on things you feel don't need/want.
