Swapping in a 1999 AEB into a 2000
I bought a 1999 AEB to build it is going into my 2000 that used to have a ATW 1.8. 034 Stage IIc ecu is going in for the GT3071R. I am just wondering what things will need to be swapped from the ATW and what things I can get rid of in the engine bay.

ok, first off, how much engine swap experince do you have?
It's easy going to like years but now you're in a little different predicament. Why didn't you go with another ATW? Also, what are you planning on doing? Swapping the top half or are you doing a complete swap? If doing a complete swap, there are many sensors which won't jive, if present at all. I don't know enough about the AEB to go into detail but I don't know enough about what your doing either. Shed some more light for us and we may be able to point you in the right direction.

I have a lot of experience with motor swaps....
The motor is a complete long block, throttle body, throttle cable.....everything. The 034 will take care of all the sensors on the motor....im talking like PCV crap and other VAC lines that are used on the ATW and that are not used on the AEB.

you can get rid of the smog pump, the combi valve on the head
the N249 valve and N112 valves on the bottom of the intake manifold. I know that much for sure.
