alright. Has anyone here does this? IS there a way to transfer the cloth seat onto the the power seat track?

sure. that's pretty labor intensive, too.
start by taking the seat out of the car. disassemble the 2 halves of the seat by removing the bolts at the pivot points on each side. then start remvoing fabric/leather.
for a guy like me it's frustrating. I much prefer working with a bolt going into a defined hole rather than trying to stretch fabric to the point it "looks" nice and then hook it over a sharp little tab.
best bet would be to practice on your fabric set or some junky ones at the junkyard and see what you're getting yourself into.
