Sway bar question

I'm debating on getting a swaybar or two and need some input. Right now my setup is a 98.0 2.8Q with H&R coil-overs adjusted to about a 1.5 finger gap F&R and I still have a bit of body roll that I would like to eliminate. The problem is that the roads where I live are not the best. They are very bumpy and curvy. I fear the added stiffness of the sway bar may cause some wheel hop around the corners. Should I get F&R swaybars, just Rear, or none at all? Any input is appreciated.

And will make a nice reduction in body roll. You can also experiment with the "medium" and "stiff" settings, quick and easy to change the setting. But they will certainly be a bit more harsh and skittish.
Did your car come with the sport package? If so, you already have a front sway bar that is as stiff as any of the aftermarkets.
If your car came with the non-sport package, you could upgrade the front sway bar if the rear alone isn't enough. But I don't think you'll need it. Start with the rear first.

I have the 3 spoke steering wheel with the AUDI sport emblem and 16" alloys, but some people have said that does not neccessarily mean I have the sport package. Do you know?

I'm not sure if they are adjustable. It doesn't say.
and what does "Includes subframe reinforcement brackets" entail. What are they?

A stiffer rear sway bar puts more stress on the rear subframe. The brackets reinforce the subframe so that it's not a problem.
As for the adjustability, the bar has multiple mounting holes, pick the holes you want for the stiffness you want.
