It's a bar with holes on the end.
performance is a function of bar thickness, ratio of front to rear thickness, and what you're looking for in terms of handling.
There is precious little to differentiate one brand of sway bar from another.

Hsports . . . H&R "dry" bushings tend to deteriorate and also cause the bar to rust underneath
H&R doesn't sell replacement bushings when the ones with the bar go bad. Hsport lubed bushings are much nicer IMO and are easily sourced through Hsport or through energy suspension. The durometer of the Hsport bushings is also significantly higher leading to better response and feel.
