Default Sylvania SilverStar H7 melting E-code plastic?

I just bought a set of E-codes and was going to order the Sylvania SilverStar's but I read somewhere they get to hot and could melt the plastic...Does anyone have these bulbs and is that true? If so what is a better choice in bulbs?

Default I have SilverStars in my high beams and they are fine.

But the low beams being on all the time produce more heat for sure.

Default I have SilverStar

I have H7 SilverStar low beam on Valeo E-code for the last two month and have no melting problems, it may be to soon to call it problem free, but I use the low beam all the time and so far they seems OK, I really like the light color, and the intensity. I'll say go for it.

They are a 12v 55w bulb that is mass produced and in most auto stores. Shouldn't have any problems.
