tapping power for my boost gauge...
i am going to be putting my boost gauge in the center vent, and on johnny bravo's site it says that the vent dials can be used to power the gauge, but then the vent lights don't work.
how do i power the vents and the gauge without running more wires here and there?

What kind of boost gauge?
If it's an analog gauge and you want the power to control the backlight, tap into the headlight relay under the steering wheel so that the backlight comes on when you turn on the lights. 58x I think is the one? Use a voltmeter to figure it out.
If it's a digital gauge and you simply need power, try using whatever fuse # it is that you use to power the V1 in the hardwiring integration. (Check the FAQ/Tech article, I don't recall off hand what # it is.)

like this?
Mine lights up when I turn on my lights...tapped off the center vent circuit...just make a parallel cirsuit...I.e. take the red wire and splice tap it to one lead on your gauge and take the black wire and splice tap it to the other lead on your gauge...easy as that.
