Default technical Question:Why is the front sway bar(neuspeed 29mm) larger than

the rear sway bar(neuspeed 19mm) and why would replacing the rear make more of radical improvement if the front is of a larger size?

Default the larger the swaybar the easier it is for that particular end of the car to break loose...

Automobile manufacturers intentionally design a cars suspension towards understeer.

Default Understeer meaning the front end breaks loose first...

Generally considered to be easier to "control" than the opposite (rear end breaking loose first and putting you into a spin).

Default Yes, for a more performance-minded individual. It offers quicker turn-in and...

a better "feel" of what the car can do and what it's going to do.

Unless heavy suspension modifications are made to your car, the beefier rear bar shouldn't make your car dangerous or hard to drive at all. That is, of course, if you are an average driver.

Yes you want a stiffer bar on the back to give you an oversteer.

Default the sizes aren't really direct numbers to compare...

a 28mm bar on an audi in the rear is way high... and would be too much... but 29 on the front isn't too much... they aren't comparably really...

hey, you can get a 29mm REAR in a volvo...
