the rear sway bar(neuspeed 19mm) and why would replacing the rear make more of radical improvement if the front is of a larger size?

Generally considered to be easier to "control" than the opposite (rear end breaking loose first and putting you into a spin).

Unless heavy suspension modifications are made to your car, the beefier rear bar shouldn't make your car dangerous or hard to drive at all. That is, of course, if you are an average driver.

a 28mm bar on an audi in the rear is way high... and would be too much... but 29 on the front isn't too much... they aren't comparably really...
