Temperature & Check Engine Light
Hello, I have a 97 A4 2.8 w/ about 90k. My temp gauge sometimes goes up and down, but does not pass the middle. Does that make any difference? Does that have anything to do w/ my Check engine light coming on? Any opinions? Also, when should I get my Tune up? Any other regular maintance I should do around 90K? Thanks

Re: Coolant temp sensor is a cheap easy DIY job...
did you change it yourself, and was it easy? How much was it? Did the Check engine light go away after or did you have to reset it?
