Default Tested BMW's X5 with 8cil. yesterday.........................

I had an hour to kill so I decided to test the new X5. It was poorly constructed, at 54k A single indash cd was an option. In fact everything on it was an option ie, computer, xennon, sunfoof, etc.
IT road harsh and the steering was numb.
The doors sounded like they would fall off if you slammed them. It also had a anti glare texture on the dash that made it look like 15 years of sun damage. Wood and aluminum trim that did not mix well. The list goes on. The X5 is over priced and poorly built. Audis Allroad has nothing to fear.

Infinity, acura, bmw, and lexus all have SUV's... I guess Audi's version is unique, it's All-Road

Default Dunno, I did an eval on a 4.4 and it was pretty sweet

I really thought the steering was good for a vehicle of that size. And accel. was nice. Not that I'd buy one, but it was pretty cool. I didn't like the fact that there wasn't much interior space. And I'll agree with you....the dash looked kinda weird/cheap.

Default well, can't really say who borrowed who's design just because of earlier availability....

... like the similarities between 2002 A4 and new q45. Can't say new a4 bit off Q's design just because it came out first.

Allroad has nothing to fear? I see more X5's on the road than Allroads.
