just look in the yellow pages for one or ask the people at radioshack, they should know. Yes, a 5 ohm resistor should work.

Get two packs of these:
10 ohm 1/2W 5% Carbon Film Resistor pk/5
$0.99 Brand: RadioShack
Catalog #: 271-1101 Model: 271-1101
Twist three of them together and wire them to the airbag leads.
