Front fog light mod = free
VW cup holder = $36
VW sunglass holder = $15
center arm rest coin holder = $15
S4 wheel liner = $32
airbox mod = free

Default The S4 liners have vents in front of the wheel.
These vents happen to be right behind your intercooler, so they promote the flow of air through the intercooler. Cool air is good! Putting the S4 liner on the drivers side serves this purpose, putting one on the passenger side means you're bored.
