is there any way to get my hands on a sIII+ apr chip or a t-28 chip?
w/o buying the kit obviously. can they be bought separately? still trying to figure out tuning options

You can buy the T-28 chip(s) but the encryption board is where you get killed...
GIAC charges an arm and a leg for that. I was told that PES sells the software (encryption+chip) for $600...
