Is there anything besides coolant this leak could be?

Thawing out a chicken/turkey on the floor there=watery blood? If not it's coolant.
G12 doesn't have quite the same traditional smell as old coolant did/does to me anyway. And it will feel pretty slippery.

After the taste test it's definitely G12
Now I'm curious of where it's coming from. In September I replaced the oil cooler and hoses, expansion tank, radiator and lower hose. From a quick visual all those seem fine. The leak is coming from the passenger's side.
