Default Is there anything on the market for audis . . .

to keep the engine block warm 24/7 ? I need to be able to wake up and drive to the firehouse without waiting for the car to warm up and RPM to drop below 1000RPM. Thank you.

Default where do you live that you can't do that anyways?

The synthetic oil you *SHOULD* be using ought to provide enough cold start protection... I believe it is bad to let an engine idle up to operating temp when it is cold out, it extends the period of time the engine is run with highly viscous oil. I'd check with the oil maniacs on bob is the oil guy.
