There a difference in brightness between valeo, hid or halo housing?
I have a 7800k Hella h7 HID kit in my Valeo Halogen housings, and i was wondering if the HIDS would be brighter in a Valeo HID housing. Because it is not that bright in my halogen housing, i was wondering why its not, is it the optics, or is the HID kit too blue and blends in with street lighting, cause i have installed the same kit in an acura integra projector and they are way brighter than mine, whats your guys thoughts?

If you want a REAL projector lense upgrade, talk to audimods, he's got some S2K Philips projectors
installed in his housings. Those Philips projectors light up the road a heck of a lot better (as shown by his pictures).
One thing that is the probable cause for your lights to be not so bright is definitely your HID color temperature. The factory HID color (~4100 kelvin) gives the most lumens in output, any color temp that is higher than that, you are giving up some lighting for some BLING.
I went for the 5300K bulbs because I wanted some BLING, but I wanted the road to be lit up also.
