Default I had Mintex before these. beeded right everything else the same and HATED the Mintex.

They felt terrible on first grab (or lack of).

Once nice and hot (again street use) they felt OK, but no better than the EBC Greens.

I really like the Greens. The last car I had Pagids and was impressed, but no more so than with the Greens FWIW... maybe I got lucky with this set?

Default The greens have a better initial bite than the OE or Mintex Reds. The do wear the rotors a bit

faster than some. There a pretty good compromise for a street car IMO

Default honestly I think how you brake makes alot of difference

I run Ferodo semi race (ds2500) and get very little noise.

just start threshold breaking everywhere and the noise will go away.

Default yours only squealed a little bit? lol...

i sounded like a school bus coming to a stop! If I washed the car, it went away for a little bit, then returned. I never put any of the antisqueal paste on them though.

The initial bite was great on those pads though, and they were awesome on the track (for my driving level at least). I swapped to Fedoro DS2500s this time around... so we'll see how they work on the street and track. They don't have quite the initial bite as the Pagids, but still seem pretty decent thus far.

Default My subjective and relative comparison

The DS2500s are maybe 5% better (fade resistance) on the track. The Blues have maybe 5% better initial bite on the street. Not a bid difference in either area, but definitely enough to notice each.
I've had three sets of Blues, and am finishing my fist set of DS2500s. If I were to never track the car, I'd stick with the Blues.

Default well if I couldn't get the blues to fade on the track, I'm guessing these Fedoros will

work perfectly then. The Blues def had more initial bite though, I agree with ya. I found I don't need to modulate the pedal as much on initial press in as I used to inorder not to bounce my teeth off the steering wheel
