is there tq specs for installing both front and rear sways and rear sway bar end links?

is there tq specs for installing both front and rear sways and rear sway bar end links?
i'm about to do the front and rear h-sport sway link and rear metal sway bar end link install. sucks i wont be able to drive my car after the sway bar install.

Front suspension:
connecting link to stabilizer bar: 100Nm(74ft-lb)
Nuts(2) connecting sway bar to sub-frame:25Nm(18ft-lb)
Rear suspension:
Connecting link
-Top bolt & nut(towards top of wheel well)50Nm(37ft-lb)
-Bottom, self locking nut 40Nm(30ft-lb)
Bracket(nuts), holds sway bar onto sub-frame 25Nm(18ft-lb)
