Is there a way to make or buy cheaply a cooling system pressure tester?
Something like this from the Bentley manual:

I suggest find another coolant reservior cap, get a garden sprayer and a hose barb fitting from a
hardware store, get an inline pressure (also from a hardware store such as those used to check water pressure), and clamp it all together.
