Default Try popping what back in? It doesn't seem to budge at the moment...

What needs to be popped?

Default take out the grills on the bottom, and unscrew two long hex bolts, one on each side

jam the bumper forwards, pop in the side, then move it forward so its flush with the wheel well. bolt it back in and you should be done.

all that holds the bumper in is a clip
